Can you ship orders to my work address?

A: Due to increased security risk of credit cards, we can only ship to the billing address or alternate address on file with your credit card company. You may add alternate address information to most credit cards by contacting your bank via the toll free number on the back of your credit card. If this option is not suitable, you can pay with PayPal, Western Union or mail in your payment to complete your order.

Do you accept orders outside USA & Canada?

A: TruckandQuad.com does not ship internationally at this time. This includes Canada.

Can you ship to a PO BOX?

A: TruckandQuad.com ships via FedEx, UPS, Speedy Delivery Services in most instances. We do not ship with USPS because of the inability to track orders.

How can I search for an item I am interested in?

A: We offer many ways to search for your item. You can use our navigation bar located on the left side of our website to choose the appropriate categories to narrow your search. There is also a search box on the top left of our website so you may search for key words or even part numbers. Our most powerful feature is our "Search By Vehicle" tool. This is located below the search box and allows you to search by make & model. You may search in all categories or narrow the search down by selecting only the category you are looking for. If you are interested in a specific brand, you also have the ability to search by brand.

Is it safe to order online using my credit card?

A: When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked. When you submit your order, the sensitive information is sent to our secure server that is retrieved only by authorized administrators via secure connection and pass worded logs. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.

Would I be solicited if I give you my e-mail address?

A: We at TruckandQuad.com understand how unwanted e-mail can be a nuisance. That is why we only send what our customers ask for. We will never release customer information to mailing lists. If our customers choose to be on our mailing list, we will only send those customers e-mails about special offers and/or new products. Please read our Privacy Policy for more info.

I looked at a product awhile ago, and when I recently revisited the webpage the price and/or product has changed. Why did this happen?


A: All our prices and product listings are displayed in real time. If any changes are made to the price or product, it will happen and be effective immediately. This allows us to bring you the most up to date information and pricing prior to you purchasing. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to change pricing and product applications frequently.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged at the time of purchase. We bill your card when your order ships. At the time you place your order, a pre-authorization is placed on your credit card. A pre-authorization is not a charge, it only gives us the right to charge once your item(s) has shipped.

Can I cancel an order?

At your request, we will make every attempt to cancel your order. Please Note: a REQUEST to cancel your order is NOT confirmation that the order is cancelled. If your order has been sent to shipping and IS NOT in the carriers possession and we can successfully cancel it, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If your order has shipped, once you receive it, and your want to return it, you will have to fill out a Merchandise Request Return form to obtain a return authorization.

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship within 48 hours. However, some orders may take 3-5 business days to ship. Should your order take more than 5 days to ship we ill notify you by email with an estimated ship date.

How do I return something?

If you need to return an item, you first must obtain a (RA#) RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. To obtain the RA#, just click on "Contact Us" and fill out the form. In the Comment section list your order number, the item you wish authorization to return and the reason for the return. DO NOT return an item without a RA# as this is the only way we can track your return and without an RA#, it could result in refusal of the return. A return request does not constitute return authorization. Shipping Costs and restock fees may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Can I add an item, or items to an existing order?

Due to the promptness in which we process orders, we can not add items to an existing order. Simply place a new order, it will be processed as rapidly as your initial order.

Can I change my order?

Should you realize the item you ordered is not the correct application for your vehicle, we will make every attempt to correct your order. However, if your order has been sent to shipping and is in the carriers possession, once you receive your order you will have to go through the returns process.

Why do you need my email address and telephone number?

We need your email address to keep you abreast of the status of your order and to email you the tracking number once your order has shipped. Your telephone number is needed in case the delivering carrier needs to contact you for delivery instructions.
